Dr. Foluso Olayinka Osundare had a B.Sc in Agricultural Extension Services from the University of Ibadan in 1984, obtained his Master of Technology degree in Agricultural Economics in 1998 from Federal University of Technology Akure and Doctor of Philosophy degree in 2008 in Agricultural Economics from the same University.

He joined the services of Ekiti State University in July 2012 as Lecturer 1 after his promotion to Principal Lecturer at Federal College of Agriculture Akure. He became a Senior Lecturer in 2015 and Reader in 2018. He has about fifty publications in both local and international journals to his credit. He has supervised student’s projects both at undergraduate and post graduate levels. He is a member of Nigerian Association of Agricultural Economists (NAAE), Agricultural Extension Society of Nigeria (AESON) and Farm Management Association of Nigeria (FAMAN). He was a member of Distance Learning Committee (2014), Assistant Director, Pre-degree Programme (2016 – 2018), member of University Strategic Planning Committee (2013), a representative of Faulty on the Board of Multi – disciplinary studies (2022 to date) and a member of University Senate among other services within the university.
