Dr. (Mrs.) Oluwatoyin Folake Alamuoye is an Animal Scientist with special interest in Animal Products and Processing. She obtained her Bachelor of Agricultural Technology in Animal Production and Health from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State Ekiti, 2001. She holds a Master of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria (2004) and Ph.D. degree (Animal Products and Processing) in 2018 from Ekiti State University. She is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department.

She has published many articles both in local and international journals. She is a member of the following Academic and Professional bodies: Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD), National Association of Women in Academics (NAWACS), Nigerian Society of Animal Production (NSAP), Animal Science Association of Nigeria (ASAN), and Nigerian Institute of Animal Science (NIAS). She has served the Faculty and Department in various committees. She was appointed the Acting Head of Department on the 1^st of August, 2022 till date
