I welcome you to the Department of Crop, Horticulture and Landscape Design, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti. The Department seeks to pursue academic excellence through outstanding teaching and the promotion of research and community service on the national and international levels. Students are trained to acquire skills that would transform them to become expert thinkers, innovative managers, and resourceful technocrats in their life pursuits. The Department has produced graduates thriving in different endeavours at home and abroad. Crop, Horticulture and Landscape Design Department consists of competent, reliable and selfless scholars who are actively involved in publication of articles in reputable journals and research collaborations at local, national and international levels.

The Department awards the B. Agric. degree in Crop Production and Horticulture / Landscape Design and Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in specialized areas such as Crop Physiology, Crop Production, Crop Protection, Farming Systems, Genetics and Plant Breeding, Horticulture, Seed Science and Production Technology, and Weed Science.
